State Shellfish Locations Shellfish locations are the most comprehensive monitoring sites, sampled frequently and across numerous locations. This monitoring network is designed to accurately reflect the sanitary conditions of coastal shellfish and their growing waters in South Carolina, ensuring the health and safety of shellfish consumers.
